We are pleased to introduce ourselves as one of the leading manufacturers of flexible packaging material in India with an integrated packaging facility at New Delhi, India.
Omniplast is fully owned business proposition established in 1985 with a working capacity of 50 tons per month and now we have capacity to convert more than 300 tons per month. Omniplast is also working towards ISO Certification.
We feel honored to inform you that in order to cater to a multi-product/process- packaging requirement, Omniplast has already embarked upon:
Setting up new Solvent less laminator from Nordmeccanica and a 10- color Rotogravure printing line from Flex with Press Tech auto registration and
Setting up in house, an Electronic Etching Cylinder Plant from Daetwyler-Switzerland, The in-house cylinder making plant shall be operated by December 2005 which will ensure tremendous flexibility and allows Omniplast to shorten lead times mere 48 to 72 hours for proofing the sample from the primary design.
The above would expand the company in the field of packaging. Omniplast is also committed to society and green cause by taking full care in conserving power and maintaining healthy working conditions.
We are supplying food grade packaging material to Anmol Biscuits, Indo Nissin (TopRamen), Dairy Products to mother Dairy, Verka, Snack Food to Chaudhary Group and Asian Thai Food Nepal and to various other customers for packing of lubricant oil to Valvoline, Hindustan Petrolium and Bharat Petrolium.
The updated facilities at Omniplast includes:
8 color Rotogravure Printing line from Expert fitted with digital drives, auto registration controls and web video from Press Tech, capable of printing at speed of 200 meters/min.
One 8-color Rotogravure Printing line.
4 Web Inspection We duly inspect the printed web, to eliminate the entire printing defect at the initial stage itself.
1 solvent less laminator from Nordmeccanica.
3 nos. Of solvent based laminators.
5 Slitting Machines, Super Slit, fitted with auto tension control, diameter sensing and fully computerized CRDSL models. The slitting machines enable us to handle slitting smallest of the webs.
Doctoring Machines Final inspection of slitted rolls.
Fully automatic pouching for all types of pillow pouches (Three side seal, center seal, side gusset, bottom gusset stand up and zipper) and welds seal Poly/Laminate Pouches with a capacity to make 4 lac pouches per day.
Co-extruder of DGP Windsor make fully automatic (3layer) capable of production200 tons of film per month fitted with Internal bubble cooling
We employ scientific systems for checking incoming raw materials and lay stress on-line Quality checks. There are pre-dispatch QC checks and a Quality Certificate is given with each consignment.
